Ciara's commitment to crafting child focused, play centered, treatment plans unique to each patient sets her apart from larger corporate therapists and facilities. She treats patients in locations of their choosing, catering to their needs and schedules, often answering emails and phone calls outside of normal business hours. Her treatment style is family focused and inclusive, and encourages learning while having fun in an exciting and professional manner. 

Ciara graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University. During her Masters program, she specialized in providing in-home therapy and caregiver coaching during her grant work with the Autism Spectrum Specialization Education Training Program (ASSET). Ciara knows that parents are the best experts of their children. Accordingly, she utilizes a team-based approach to include the child, the family and the therapist. She has experience working with children ages 

birth-21 with a variety of speech and language disorders.

Ciara lives in Nokomis with her husband, daughter, and two cats.
